- A "tea perfume" with its own front, middle, and back notes. The front note has a strong aroma that is refreshing; the middle note is a blend of floral, honey, fruit, and milk scents; the back note has a rich aftertaste that lingers with a sweet aftertaste. Every sip of this tea leaves a lasting impression.
- This tea comes from the tea garden in the core production area of high-altitude mountains, with a 900m+ elevation on the Fenghuang Mountain range in Chaozhou. The tea garden is surrounded by clouds and mist throughout the year, providing an ideal growing environment for Ya Shi Xiang with suitable climate and soil, 1800mm annual precipitation, and an average temperature of 20°C. With a 60-year+ tree age, the tea quality is very close to that of the mother tree.
- There are six initial processing steps including sun-drying, airing, fixing, killing, rolling, drying, and six refinement steps including grouping, picking, sifting, mixing, roasting, cooling, and packaging.
- The tea leaves are slender and brown with a small amount of greenish-yellow, emitting a faint floral aroma. The tea liquid is bright yellow and transparent, with a slight viscous texture and a sweet and smooth taste with a unique mountain flavor.
- Brewing method: Steep in 200ml of boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
- Shelf life: 24 months
