Payment Currency
Prices are shown on the site in US Dollars (USD). We do not support payment in currency other than US Dollars. However you are able to select your preferred currency to approximate the US Dollars values in your local currency by our currency converter feature. If your credit/debit card, master card, PayPal account or other payment method is not denominated in US Dollars, the final amounts charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank or third-party payment processor in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Please contact your provider (for example, your credit or bank card issuer) for information on what fees may apply, since these are not controlled by 0cm.com.

After Payment
Order Changes
Once an order is placed for items in stock, no changes can be made. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel you order in full before the order is dispatched by us. We will refund you in full for the orders cancelled and will not charge you a cancellation fee.
However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order.
We also reserve the right to cancel your order if:
- You provide an unauthorized credit card
- We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
- You provide invalid personal details
- If, when required, you cannot provide acceptable proof of identity
- The product has become unavailable
- If, for any reason, we don’t reasonably believe we can successfully complete delivery
