To Proceed with your return, follow these steps:

Sign into your 0cm account.
Locate the order in the Orders section and click on the 'Request Return' button.
Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
Once the return is accepted, you will receive a return form and a packing slip. Please follow the return form guidelines to complete the process.
Print out packing slip and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop off at your designated Parcel point or location.
When you post the item, please declare its value as around $10 USD to avoid high return taxes. Otherwise, the return item(s) might be rejected.
Please provide the tracking number and carrier information in the Return section of your account.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
