    The size is totally off.

    All my footwear is size 9. I couldn’t even slip my foot in the boot. I asked to exchange. Be aware, you are responsible for exchange shipping costs. I paid additional $100 to ship back. It’s been almost two month. Since then I have not seen my shoes - original shoes or exchanged one. I’d strongly recommend- save your money.
