Shipping & Returns

We are proud to offer free shipping to most countries with international post service and there are no additional Import Fees to pay on delivery. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Prices on line are ALL-INCLUSIVE which means that are exempt from VAT (Value Added Tax), and include shipping and import fees.

Free delivery will be applied automatically at checkout. Express shipping is available and there is an additional USD 20 charge. Exclusions include:

0cm shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of 0cm.

Shipping Time

We ship from HongKong during the following hours:

Monday - Friday Time: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. HongKong SAR Standard Time.
Any orders received during out of business hours will be processed the next day.

Estimated transit times vary by shipping method: Standard Shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, while Express Shipping takes 5–10 business days, depending on stock availability. For heavy items, like furniture, Standard Shipping can take 20–35 business days.

If there is no stock we will advise you of any delay and ship once the stock is on hand. We reserve the right to delay shipping at our discretion.

Order Tracking

We will send you an e-mail when your order has been shipped. The e-mail will have all details including the tracking number and a direct link that will enable you to keep check on the status of the shipment. The status of the shipment will also appear in your registered account with our website. In the event there is a delay, we will ensure that clients are notified directly by us. 

Receiving Shipment

We request that you check the box with utmost care before acknowledging the delivery by signing for the package. In case the box appears to be tampered with for any reason, you should either tell the courier that you are signing for the package with reservations or decline the package.

Unauthorised Signatures

We take no responsibility in the event that the package is signed for without your authorization. However you should contact the courier, and then the local police authorities to file a report.

Successful Shipment Delivery

If we have sent the order to the wrong address due to a customer’s error in entering the postal address then we take no responsibility for any lost orders.

Shipping Insurance

Our orders are insured against accidental damage and theft and you are not charged an additional fee for this. This insurance lasts until it is safely in your hands, and not after.

Customs Duties and Taxes

The customer is responsible payment of all customs duties or taxes that a shipment may attract.

 

 

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, or you have ordered the wrong size, we will accept a 15-day return window starting from the date of delivery for our customers. Once we receive your parcel in our warehouse, your refund will be automatically issued.

Faulty Items Returns

If you receive an item which:

  • is damaged, defective or not of acceptable quality;
  • is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  • does not match its description.

refer to our Terms and Conditions of purchase - you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or repair of the item. Faulty items do not have to be returned in their original packaging, but must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during the return shipping process. Our returns and refund policies do not limit other rights and remedies you may have under law, including in respect of faulty items. Please contact customer service for assistance.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase:

  1. The items returned must be unused, with the original packing. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, marked, washed or altered in any way.
  2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: free gifts, furniture, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, beauty, underwear.

Return Steps

(1) Sign into your 0cm account.

(2) Locate the order in the Orders section and click on the 'Request Return' button.

(3) Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.

(4) According to your request, a return form has been successfully obtained. Follow the return list guidelines to complete the return.

(5) Print out return form and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

(6) Drop off at your designated Parcel point or location.

Refunds

The refund will be processed to your original payment account per your request.

  1. Refund process time

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. This is an estimated timeframe to accommodate current situations, most refunds will be processed before this. It will be refunded within 1-5 working days for PayPal; 7-14 working days for Card Payment. Depending on the processing time of the platform/bank.

Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Additionally, any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

NOTE: We reserve the discretion to offer you a refund or to give you store credit.
